The dilapidation survey report is a working document that may clarify disputes and claims at a later date.  The report gives a representation of the condition of the inspected elements at the time of the inspection for latter comparison should any damage occur due to neighboring construction or demolition works.  Therefore it is critical that high quality, specialized equipment such as high quality cameras with optical zoom lenses are used rather than lower quality phone cameras which may distort the quality of the record.

We will also provide a document that is easily readable as well as provide large scale, unedited copies of any photographs in electronic format to make the post comparison much simpler for all parties.
